Wesley grew up in Rossville, TN where he built a career as a contractor and an even bigger reputation for helping anyone who needed a hand. His love for the outdoors and serving others only grew over the years, so you can imagine his excitement when he was offered the chance to step into the legacy of Russell’s Farm Supply Co. Wesley is dedicated to keeping the heart of the business exactly as the Russell family intended—rooted in honesty, hard work, and genuine community care.

Emily was raised on a Mississippi farm where her family grew corn, beans, and just about anything else the soil would allow. Over time, their little roadside offerings blossomed into a full family operation. Emily later left her hometown to study at Mississippi State and pursue a career in emergency nursing. Eventually, she went on to become a nurse practitioner, where she continues to care for her community today. Her roots run deep—both in farming and in serving others—which makes her a natural fit in the Russell’s family.

The Tice family is rounded out by their three beautiful children, who love the outdoors just as much as their parents do. Mud puddles, baby chicks, wildflowers, fresh air—these kids thrive in it all. They’re growing up surrounded by gardens, animals, and community, and it is no question that they bring a whole lot of joy (and just a little chaos) to the Russell’s crew.
